This speech with slide accompaniment was prepared for an audience 
of Canadian students but anyone who wishes to promote the UNPA can feel  
to use or adapt it.


To make sense of the slides, you will have to consult the text of the speech
which is found under 'Speaker's Notes'. Preferably, go to the 'Notes Pages'
