The applicant must be up to 28 years of age in all disciplines except for voice which is 35. A copy of a legal document providing proof of age must accompany the application.

Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada. Please include a legal Document proof with the application.

Each application should include the following:

~ References from three qualified persons
~ A proposed repertoire
~ A curriculum vitae
~ A 15 minutes recording

CVPAS will present to a maximum of 5 recitals in the Young Artist Series
for the year 2004. Late applications will not be considered.
