Soroush immersed himself in the music of legendary Persian composers Maroofi and Rohani, becoming inspired by their musical style and compositional arrangements.  Later while attending the university, Soroush became fascinated by the new age musical genre of artists such as Yanni, David Lanz,  and Enya, and began to compose his own music. Soroush's music presents a thoughtful balance of his Persian heritage together with western new age concepts, and a bridge between eastern and western styles: an international message of harmony intended for listeners across all walks of life and nationalities.
