VCN Technical Volunteer Web

Vancouver Community Network is working with hundreds of non-profit groups to help them access and sustain their use of the Internet through a number of community initiatives, including "604 Connect!" (VolNet), Community Access Program (CAP) and Community Learning Networks.

VCN is now working to develop a Technical Volunteer Web, with input from community organizations and local post-secondary institutions. The project will develop a set of practices for connecting technical volunteers in voluntary sector organizations with a larger technical resource network that can provide additional recruitment, training and support to complement the non-profit organization's volunteer program.

Feedback from non-profit organizations through this short survey will help us as we develop our plans for implementing the project. It will only take a few minutes to complete, so please, do it now and then click the submit button!
