By forcing the ISP's to cache your data and act as Internet Police the ISP would then pass the cost of this process onto you in higher costs for paying charges to your Internet Service Provider. Worse than that, if you are suspected of clicking on a link which opened any alleged copyrighted material, you would have your Internet shut off and face heafty criminal charges as dictated by the New World Order minions. And as any other detail shows us, they themselves would be immune to this law.

Then as always throughout history, the greed driven corporations step in and began lobbying the government to cancel the free Internet as they had in mind profit mentalities and since the citizens are not given an equal lobby, the government cancelled the free Internet access grant program to suite the globalist profiteers. To properly grasp this concept cooked up in the minds of these criminals, you should think of them as the Mafia. They will tell you what you can and can not do - or else - see. Including what you watch on the TV, what you surf on the Internet and what you listen to on the radio. Including what books and magazines are made available to you. Not only does the New World Order want to steal your rights to the free flow of Internet information - you are to be surveilled 24/7 and whatever you say or transmit - wherever you go and do - whoever you hang with or associate with - is recorded - lest you offend the corporate copyright claims. We all know that now the NSA and PRISM has been exposed. Even though this is illegal and exactly the definition of tyranny as in Nazi Germany, these New World Order leaches envision a global Nazi hell hole for us all to fall into.

A degraded devolved society of that which has plauged mankind since the beginning is the vision of The New World Order. Only high tech scientific dictatorship the world has never seen. The New World Order is not new, it is The Old World Order on steroids. They have as a private agenda to steal away the Golden Age of Information - the natural evolution of civilization. An age of enlightenment to trump all in recorded history.

The mind of these oppressors is psychotic in nature. Anyone who is motivated to control free speech of others is criminally insane and a dangerous offender. But as we seen from the Internatioal Occupy Movements, petitions and protests resulted in little if no effect with the globalists. Not that petitions and protests should never be done - what the people need is more ways to show our lack of consensus on the TPP Treaty being signed by our elected officials who have forgotten that they are to represent us, not just corporate interests. My theory is that governments have been infiltrated via secret societies and push through the private Agenda 21 without consent. Other ways to oppose is sending emails to representatives. It would be nice if government made themselves more transparent and actually interact with their constituents by having active websites similar to a Facebook page. Where constituents could voice their concerns and vote on policy with online votes.
