The Essential Nature of the Universe is expressed very
profoundly by the basic Taoist ideas. They are also encompassed
within each human being. The inner alchemy of our bio-chemistry is
likened to an outer alchemist's laboratory. We can observe inner
transformation of our organic material by meditation and breath
observance. We can use the jing or essential fluids to transform into
energy or Qi which can then be turned into subtle thought and
inner vision eventually clarifying our being or Spirit (Shen). As these
three are a part of the Universe in varying forms we make a connection
to All Things. The Yi Jing (I Ching) is a text that reflects the
biodiversity of Earth and the Vastness of Outer Space as they move
through us every moment of our lives. Simply put we can transform our
psyche and improve our body health by Qigong and Inner Exercises. Using
the Yi Jing we can receive a response from our sympathetic resonant
nature which is that part of us that the Chinese called Tao. As Tao
permeates the Cosmos we can attain much needed guidance according to how
much work we put into attuning ourselves to Tao. |
