Who should I contact if there is a problem with my computer?

For problems with the hardware or software, see contacts.

Can we add more computers to the high-speed internet connection?

Yes you can add more computers to the network to connect them to the internet. The switch provided for most installations has 8 ports. You can connect up to 6 computers to share the same internet connection.

Can I install some other software (like Microsoft Office) or a different operating system (like Windows 2000)?

Yes, you can install any additional software you desire. The public access computers come pre-installed with various software (see the list and description of software).

When is the training going to start? What kind of training should I expect?

The estimated start-date for the training is mid-July. We will be providing training for your volunteer and/or staff trainers.

What happens when our printer runs out of toner?

The individual organizations are responsible for toner replacements.

What happens to the computers at the end of the 18 month project period

The computers belong to the CAP partner. There may be some sustainability funding available for active sites at the end of the project period.
