Follow the regular procedures for establishing that the problem is really an incorrect password (i.e., Do a User Search First to ensure the account is active)
If the account is active and the group's representative really doesn't know the password:
The authorized person of the organization must send us a signed letter on the group's letterhead stating:
- the full name of the group and their login id
- they are the authorized group contact for their VCN account
- they are writing to request a password reset
- a phone number where they can be reached to establish their identity and their preferred password
We will accept this letter via fax (257-3808)
The sys-administrator or Group Services Coordinator will call them when we have received the letter.
