Pastor David Poulette, RPC Pastor David Poulette, Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), is an Ordained Minister, Founder of Lifeline Outreach Society, and past CEO of BC Teen Challenge. For more than 14 years, Pastor David has been involved with the less fortunate in the downtown core of Vancouver. His experience working in group homes with children from broken homes and as Head Counsellor at Circle Square summer camps, created a great foundation for his current role. In 1998 Pastor David decided to open a private practice with a focus in counselling, working with Elijah House Canada, a Christian Counselling Ministry in 2000. His strengths in receptive listening and empathy and his gentle manner bring a relaxed and safe atmosphere to his counselling environment. Pastor David's experience working with individuals who have encountered many of life's tragedies and abuses has enabled him to grasp the extent of human crisis and the depth of counselling needed to bring healing for the quality of life desired. He has experienced great success with Lifeline integrating his approach to Prayer Counselling. He believes God wants us all to be free to live the quality of life He intended. Through restoration, strength, joy, and healing of the total person, physically, emotionally and spiritually, he sees a change in people that only God can have a hand in.
