relationships with individuals representing Lifeline to
the giver will be professional.
- to have access to
Lifeline's most recent financial statements.
- to be assured gifts will be used for the
purposes for which they were given.
- to feel free to ask questions when giving
a gift and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.
- to be informed whether
those seeking gifts are volunteers or employees of Lifeline.

The Canada Customs and Revenue
Agency (CCRA) recognizes charitable giving. An individual who
makes a gift to a charity may be entitled to a credit against
tax otherwise payable. For more information refer to the CCRA's
