Mr. Matthew Rayburn
Director of Lifeline's
Urban Outreach

Matthew Rayburn

Matthew Rayburn is the Director of Lifeline's Urban Ministries. He is responsible for the day-to-day processes of the Blue Bus and Heartbeat Homecare programs. He has been with Lifeline since 1999, starting as a volunteer helping Pastor David and Janice Poulette in their many outreaches. His love for God, determination to eradicate homelessness, and his vision for the future, provides the drive Lifeline Outreach Society needs for its Urban Outreach programs.

Matthew received his education at Sorbonne (University of Paris, France) and the University of Southern California. The skills that he obtained from this education have prepared him well for his role as director of Lifeline's Urban Outreach.

Matthew is married to Shirley Rayburn, a Children's Pastor at the North Shore Alliance church. Shirley can be seen as one of the key volunteers in the Blue Bus program. Together they encourage each other to stay focused on the goals of Lifeline's Urban Outreach, our mission, our Statement of Faith, and in all things, glorifying God.
